A quotation is based on the vehicle and job information supplied. We confirm the proposed work and agreed price before starting. If the vehicle or fault differs materially, we will explain any change before continuing.
Customers must provide photo ID and proof of ownership or authority for security-related work. Warranty applies to eligible parts and workmanship supplied by Genio Auto Locks for 12 months; it does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, unauthorised alterations, unrelated vehicle faults or normal battery depletion. Attendance and completion times are estimates and can be affected by traffic, access, parts and vehicle condition.
